Can I track my package in real-time with Greenpack
Yes. Once your parcel is registered with GreenPack, you’ll receive a tracking link that allows you to follow your delivery in real-time. You’ll also receive an estimated delivery window and a notification when the driver is nearby, so you’re never left guessing.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, at the moment GreenPack focuses exclusively on last-mile deliveries within the Antwerp region. Our mission is to create a sustainable, local delivery network that serves webshops and customers within this area. For international shipments, we advise using a standard courier for the first leg of transport—GreenPack can then handle the final, local delivery if the parcel arrives in Antwerp.
